Early Life & Entrepreneurial Roots

Garth Vickers is a Jamaican-born entrepreneur, investor, and hospitality leader whose journey from humble beginnings to global influence reflects discipline, vision, and resilience.

Raised in Jamaica, Garth learned early the value of hard work and perseverance. As a child, he sold mangoes and sugarcane to buy his own schoolbooks an experience that shaped his understanding of opportunity, independence, and financial responsibility.

After moving to the United States, Garth built his early career in hospitality, working with leading global brands including Marriott, Landry’s Restaurant Group, and SuperClubs, known for iconic Caribbean resorts such as Grand Lido, Breezes, and Hedonism.

His leadership path eventually led him back to Jamaica, where he served as Managing Director of The Palms Resort in Negril, overseeing operations, construction, and a team of more than 100 staff members. During his tenure, the resort earned TripAdvisor’s #1 ranked restaurant and recognition as a Top 10 boutique hotel for three consecutive years.

These experiences laid the foundation for Garth’s lifelong focus on building businesses, creating opportunity, and helping others grow and preserve wealth through strategic participation in the financial markets.

Building Wealth Through Finance and Real Estate

In 2010, Garth founded Vickers Financial Group, helping families protect and grow their wealth through tax-efficient financial strategies. Over time, the firm guided clients in securing more than $160 million in assets, transitioning savings from volatile retirement accounts into more stable, tax-advantaged solutions.

As a licensed tax professional and certified estate planner, Garth developed a simple belief that continues to guide his work:

“You don’t have to put your money at risk to earn more money.”

That philosophy led him to combine conservative financial planning with real estate investment opportunities designed to generate long-term wealth.

In 2014, he introduced what became known as the Zero-Dollar Investment Strategy, using life insurance cash value to help fund real estate projects. Early deals in Washington, D.C., and Maryland produced strong results, with investors earning 18–20% returns within six months.

As the model proved successful, Garth expanded into larger real estate opportunities, including multifamily investments, giving working families access to deals typically reserved for institutional investors.

Kindah Enterprises: Investing in the Future of Luxury Hospitality

Kindah Enterprises draws inspiration from the Jamaican Maroon word “Kindah,” meaning “one family.” The name reflects Garth’s belief that wealth should be built through disciplined investment, strategic development, and shared opportunity.

What began as a grassroots wealth-building initiative has grown into a real assets platform focused on luxury hospitality, real estate, and alternative investments. Through more than 20 real estate transactions and multiple operating ventures, Garth’s investment strategies have consistently delivered strong returns for investors.

His hospitality portfolio has expanded from premium short-term rental properties in Florida and Tulum to large-scale resort development in the Caribbean.

Today, that vision is reflected in High Life Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica, a 53-acre luxury destination currently being developed into a five-star lifestyle resort.

Building the Future of Luxury Hospitality

Today, as CEO of Kindah Enterprises, Garth is leading the development of a growing portfolio of luxury hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle destinations across the Caribbean and the United States.

Looking ahead, his long-term vision includes expansion into the Middle East through the development of Kindah City a new model for integrated communities that combine luxury living, wellness, culture, and investment opportunity.

Through Kindah’s development platform, Garth provides qualified investors with access to high-quality hospitality and real estate projects, opening the door to opportunities traditionally reserved for institutional partners.

Each development is designed with a focus on long-term value, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable economic impact.

From helping families protect their wealth to developing international luxury resorts, Garth’s work is guided by a simple belief:

Luxury doesn’t have to be exclusive. It can be intentional, inclusive, and generational.

For Garth, the mission remains clear:

Protect Capital. Invest Smart. Build Legacy.
